Ordering

  • Your online order is secured by Network Solutions encryption
  • We must have your correct bank billing address (The bank's address for you)
  • We must have your deliverable street address if shipping UPS or FedEx
  • For USPS shipping we must have your correct Post Office box or mail box number
  • If you make a mistake in filling out the form, wait 15 minutes to submit another online order with corrected information
  • We must have your Security Code for the online transaction to be accepted. This is for your protection.
  • All information is confidential, and we do not share it with or sell it to anyone.
  • By ordering from us you opt in to our customer newsletter. You may unsubscribe at any time.

Shipping

  • Books and Videos are shipped USPS Priority Mail according to weight. Allow 7 to 10 working days for delivery in 48 states.
  • Kitchen equipment is shipped UPS Ground with options for expedited delivery
  • All shipping charges are non-refundable
  • International and oversees shipping charges vary. Call 731-423-5313 or email us at ddpolk@alphaomegafood.com for an accurate quote. Please include your name and address, including city, state, zip, country, phone number, and the item your are requesting.
     

Return Policy

AlphaOmegaFood.com will make every effort to satisfy our customers. Please observe our policy when seeking to return any merchandise to us or the manufacturer.

Items damaged in shipping will be replaced.  Call 877-200-0862 or 731-423-5313 for instructions.

We accept no returns on books, videos, or perishables that have been opened unless they are defective.

Items in  unused condition, 10% restocking fee.  Items in used condition, 20% restocking fee.  Shipping charges are non-refundable.  Please call for prior approval before returning any items.  No items accepted without prior approval.  Customer pays for return shipping.  Credit will be given after the product is returned and inspected.  Sorry, no refunds after thirty (30) days from purchase date.

You must return defective merchandise in its original packing and shipping container with all contents within 30 days of receipt.  Call 731-423-5313 for prior approval before returning any item.  We cannot accept returned merchandise without a Return Authorization Number written on the shipping label.

All warranties are between you and the manufacturer. The manufacturer is responsible for repairing or correcting any defects during the warranty period. Please review your warranty immediately upon receipt of your new appliance. If any appliance is defective or needs repairs during the warranty period, please contact the service representative indicated on the warranty or in the manual to make arrangements for repair or replacement. It is your responsibility to fill out and send in the registration/warranty card. By doing this, it will help you and the manufacturer expedite any future problems that may arise. No returns will be accepted without authorization. Unauthorized returns will be refused. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
