Curcumin
Curcumin has been widely found to be a powerful
antioxidant and anti-inflammatory agent with beneficial
effects on numerous systems of the body. Improvements in
people are limited by low bioavailability of curcumin.
Piperine (as bioperine®) can dramatically increase the
bioavailability of curcumin and other substances taken at
the same time. People with gall bladder duct
obstructions should not take curcumin as it increases the
flow of bile.
Recommended Use: As a dietary supplement, take 1-3
capsules 2 times a day with food or as directed by a
health care professional.
